Hey Dan, what are the things you're doing to recover from anxiety? Try breathing exercises, drink chamomile tea, get some sun, and try to keep busy.

Try and keep in mind that you WILL recover from this. If only we could all wave a magic wand and wake up anxiety and/or depression free. The bast**d with it is that it takes hard work to get better. As if we don't suffer enough we then have to get the motivation to work our backsides off trying to improve. But it can be done. As Jim asked, what are you doing to get better? There are many routes to take like taking meds and seeing a therapist, changing lifestyle to a healthier one, relaxation techniques, vitamins/minerals and natural remedies etc. You will find one or a combination that works for you eventually.

Ive never touched weed dazza since then. The one and only time i try it it makes me ill

Have you tried adding exercise? It works wonders if you are able to add it regularly to your day.
