why do I do to myself??

Hey! Thought be a smart move to watch a thing about a woman who had acute psychotic breakdown and killed her 2 year old..
As a mum of 2 why the feck did I watch it? Knew im gona torment myself now an think of the what if??

Anyone else find they do this?

I used to love watching scary / horror movies when I was younger but I don't watch them anymore. To many bad visual images to get embedded into our brains. " Not saying people shouldn't watch them" just not me. I have a hard enough time seeing the gore in primetime shows like CSI / Criminal Minds LoL. I try to watch things I find interesting Dramas, suspense and funny shows, sitcoms ect. Puts me in a better state of mind, especially if I'm fighting off anxiety.
