Hi all,

I wanted to let you know of the latest article on anxiety I posted on my website (The Healthy Mind) regarding an amazing study from the University of Bohn. Researchers have identified a molecule called Dynorphin which has been implicated in trauma, anxiety and PTSD.

It is worth your time to read it. I am too new to the forum to post links, but if you type "Dynorphin: Why Anxiety Won't Go Away" at Google, it will take you to the story. Beyond the amazing details, I hope you can appreciate that science in anxiety disorders is not standing still. Please don't get discouraged and - most importantly - NEVER doubt how truly powerful you are. Only our doubt and fear prevents us from believing this fact.

I hope this information is helpful - and hopeful - for you.

Kindly,
Peter Zafirides, MD
