Anxiety and adrenal fatigue

wht do people think about this? related? cause-effect? how to differentiate the two?

Hi there. I define Adrenal Fatigue as more of a symptom you can get from Anxiety. I had one few too many Panic attacks and immediately after the last one in that series I felt very dry, deflated and emotionless.

Anxiety is a mental state that everyone does get in their life but some can trigger it more direct then others.

I have read diet, illness and maybe just issues with life can trigger it. I am a 24 year old who still lacks alot of direction in my life and still not sure what I want to do as a career and I certainly feel that easily could of been another trigger.

I urge anyone to never drink another Diet Soda again as the chemicals used in it can easily cause some very erratic power of the mind if you drink too much of it and Pilot's very strictly cannot Drink Diet Soda's. Mum bought me 10 diet coke's at $1.00 each and i drunk all 10 in a matter of 2 or 3 weeks and that really started my downfall.
