Hoping someone can either relate to me or provide strategies to help me. I am a very successful young person but on the inside I am a nervous wreck. I started having IBS symptoms about 5 years go and now I can't even leave the house without worrying I'll need to use the toilet. Over the past yr it's gotten worse I nowam scared of germs and fear all illnesses like vomitting and colds and flu. I fear having a day off work and I watch people no make my food in cafew to make sure thy r using gloves. It's the roast and people are starting to realize! How can I overcome this?
