Anxious for so long. I just wanna calm down. Everything I do is like 1 step forward and 2 back. Don't know if I am ever gonna recover. Currently on remeron and Ativan :(

How long on the remeron and how much ativan. Ativan should help greatly for anxiety. I take it ssri's didn't help? Remeron is usually tried after a few ssris fail to help. Anyway give the remeron a good long trial. fPM me any time. Alankay

Ativan doesn't help your anxiety? Do you have a tolerance? Give SSRIs a while to work.

How much Avitan do you take daily ?
Have you been taking it for a long period of time & high dosage ? , if so you may have built up a tolerance towards it (just a thought).

I take Avitan as needed these days & it does help my anxiety when it's bad .

How long have you been on the anti -depressant?
