An anxiety cause your tongue to go numb? I woke up feeling anxious about something like the air I was breathing being scared that something smelled and my boyfriend said he didn't really smell anything so I put a fan in the window. My tongue feels numb and I'm very scared about it! I'm tryin to eat a Popsicle and im just so scared. Is it just anxiety. Within the past 6 months I've gotten bloodwork and random things done over anxiety but Ive not yet experienced this. Please help! :( my boyfriend is telling me to calm down but im scared
