Skin burns

Yesterday was one of the worst. My whole body was burning in patches and itchy! Around noon before I had even eaten anything it started and it lasted alllll day! My face was burning and itchy. It was the worst. Anybody else ever had this???

I've had this a lot recently - both arms across chest and back doc put it down to my anxiety- since he said that it's eased off about but I thought it was an allergy as my arms arm very flushed also but no the big bad anxiety strikes again! Try not to let it bother u cos the more u do the more it burns take care x

Thank you! I was convinced it was allergy but there was nothing new or different and I just knew it was ultimately anxiety :((( so terrible.
