I have been suffering from anxiety, for most of my life but it all became more complicated after I gave birth. I suffered from postpartum for a little less than a year and once I felt relieved of that, I realized that my anxiety was no longer in my control. Now here I am 2 years later and still freaking out!!! How do I face my struggles head-on and still manage to parent without one affecting the other??

Have you tried exercise? The main reason that women suffer postpartum after giving birth, is because the baby strips a lot of the mothers strength during pregnancy. Like calcium from your boned and vitamins from your organs.

You have to recover your strength so your hormones can level out and the postpartum can finally go away. Start with exercise and supplements.

Hi , I know just how you are feeling , so be assured you are not alone !!:)

I suffered with anxiety & depression most of my life , I'm 32 now , however after having both my children my anxiety was very bad & also suffered from p.n.d but never reached out or told anyone .

My advice would be tell your family how you feel & reach out for help of its available to you . Keep socialising , don't make the mistake I did & stop going out & about & communicating with other mums .

Get some sort of rest bite if you can aswell
