Fatigue and Anxiety

Does anyone else get anxiety when they are tired?
Today I kept busy doing physical work and in the end, my anxiety kicked in.
It's not the first time, when I get physically tired, my anxiety acts up.

Your symtoms may be from vitamin D3 deficiancy.
