M majorly panicking this morning. Moreso because I'm worried about my heart. I'm also stressing that I'll never be normal again. It's been months of daily dizziness and anxiety. I can't take anymore. I hate my life.

Its like blurry and dizzy to be honest. I struggle to speak to people because I cant keep eye contact due to blurry vision! Is yours same or different?

Mine is a head movement issue like if my head goes up or down I feel like my eyes are dizzy. I get tingles up the back of my head. And my body gets shaky

The dizzyness decreases over time. You're dizzy because you're constantly scanning your body to see IF you're dizzy, which triggers a nervous response, which makes you dizzy.

Do you know if taking meds help this?

I found taking Xanax kinda helped with the dizziness! It's like a win lose situation...you lose the dizziness but gain the zombie effect!

I do take half an ativan decreases the dizziness. Jaug you say it decreases over time? It's been 9 months of this hell. Will it ever be gone? And take the anxiety it caused with it?

im on sertraline.and it does no make you feel doped up.i know what you mean about the dizziness.i have had anxiety for 7 months npw.and my dizzness is easing.tbh.i think i am starting to understand it better.instead of trying to fight it.im embracing my anxiety.i have started facing my fears.and when i do that i tell my anxiety to come with me.and it seems to be working.sounds mad i know.but at the moment its working for me
