Hi
I am from east valley Arizona. Battling anxiety since 2008.
If any one from Arizona we can meet or talk on phone.
My anxiety has been very much in control and I believe that I can also cure but there were some setbacks
Example setbacks
Low energy and tiredness
No support
Loneliness
No genuine friend or people who cares

Right now i might have to stay alone and have nobody near by to take care of me
I am unemployed since 2008
I am totally dependent due to anxiety
I can not drive by myself
It's been freaking me out. I do not know any good neighbor that will calm me down if I will have an strong anxiety
Since 2008 I have never been alone and now I have to stay alone for atleast month
What to do ?
It's been crazy. I do not see any help or guide

Have you considered seeing a therapist? Any family support? Perhaps get a dog for the companionship? My heart goes out to you.
