Is it a good idea to take magnesium pills while on SSRI?

Ask your doctor.

Yeah, it's fine. I used to take magnesium and my doctor said there's no interactions with SSRI's.

I've been taking magnesium pills for less than a week and I already feel much better, definitely recommend for everybody with anxiety.

Magnesium is wonderful! I've been taking it for two weeks and I have been anxiety free for the last week. It's amazing.

I just stopped them. They were causing me really bad belly aches and diarrhea. How do you all avoid that?

Kmarie, take less and adjust your dose til your stool is comfortable.

I take natural calm magnesium drink powder, i honestly feel like its helped me (or in may be in combo with other things i do, regardless imfeeling better :))

I know that mag citrate and chelated mag absorb the best. So read theabels first before buying
