Going back to work

Hi everyone, ive just had 2 weeks off work with my anxiety and depression being bad. I went for a meeting with my manager today who said that they will send me to an occupational health meeting before i can return to work. Just wondered if anyone has been to one of these meetings and what they are like?

I have been to occupational health in the past. Mine was Atos. They are very helpful and may be able to change what you do in your place of work. Hope it goes ok for you.
