I'm still scared because of the test coming back that I have pulmonary hypertension ... Looking for answer... Is this something that's going to effect my life in the long run

I'm not sure what that is, but if this helps at all...if your doctor wasn't panicking you shouldn't. Ask him or her what the necessary steps are going forward. Knowledge is power. And take solace in that you know what's wrong, now you can take steps to get better :)

Do something that takes your mind off of it. Music works for me. It's my escape into a different world.
