Hi everyone, im new here and just wanted to say hi and how much im relating to a lot of your experiences on here! Ive had anxiety for a while now and have just been diagnosed with depression. I have started taking citalopram last week which has increased my anxiety slightly which is a common side effect at first, just wanted to ask if anyone has any tips on managing anxiety and panics in the morning time? I always find this a difficult time of the fay to keep my panics under control!
