Sharp pains in head, slight dizziness

Does anyone get random sharp pains in there head and a slight dizziness? I absolutely hate these two symptoms like they're my worst enemy! Well...until new symptoms ive never had pop up again.

i have this problem a lot recently, i hate it so much.. i've also been having headaches almost every day and sometimes severe dizzyness when i stand up..

Had this as well.. They just make my anxiety really bad the fact that makes me think I have a brain tumor.. Stuff like that.. Anxiety sucks huh :/

Same here. Sometimes I'm convinced I have a brain tumor and think I'll have a seizure/stroke any time.

Wow it's crazy how alike we all are! Don't you wish it would all just go away?! I sometimes feel like I'm not even anxious and I still have a headache and I'm still feeling dizzy! I am so over all of it and want to get back to normal!

Sure does suck! I dont feel anxious today but got headache and really bad dizzyness....wish it would piss off!!

I have that when i feel 'normal' and then it brings on anxiety lol.
