Internal shaking/vibrations - anxiety???

Does any one get an internal shaking feeling?? Not visible but feels like I am vibrating all over! Cam this be my anxiety???

Hi , yes I get this when my anxiety is bad , I Litrally shake inside & out . It's a horrible symptom of anxiety , one of the worst for me .

I take 1mg of lorazapam when I get this which helps within about 20-30 mins to calm the shaking . Jessy

i have this problem too, even when my anxiety isn't that bad i'm still really shaky. even if it's not visible i feel internal vibrations, but when it gets worse my teeth chatter and my hands shake so badly i can barely type or anything. i wish i could give you some advice but i haven't found anything that has helped me yet.

i get that when i take a nap.. its def a weird feeling. i never really took naps ever, but now when i do, i am wicked shaky. whole body.

this was one of my first symptoms, it does not bother me so much now, I know why it happens and that its just anxiety...
