Escitalopram 10mg mood swings. (Cipralex/actavis)

Ive been diagnosed general anxiety and depression, 3 years ago. Ive been usign this medication for all that time.
the first hour after i take the pill, i cant feel sad at all, even if I try, but after that my mood falls to rock bottomn, and I become sad and cry,but I have no idea what I am crying about.
Im an outgoing person with lots of friends, all I miss is love. anyone felt the same using these medications?

I haven't felt that with escitalopram. It's weird to have a swing relative to when you take your dose- I was under the impression that the doses simply maintain a uniform level of the drug in your system- it doesn't "kick in" when you take it every day.
