Idk I'm hoping jus my anxiety it's been doing it past few days. No other symptoms. I'm jus laying m bed watching Tv. Took some maalox to c if it will help it what they give u n a gi cocktail at er

I don't even really feel anxious I'm jus trying to relax so I can sleep. I want to sleep so bad

Uh oh well I can feel my chest tightening. Guess its time for half an Ativan or I will go in to full blown panick. Geeze this sucks.

Yes, I'm awake now. Just on this forum again since I can't sleep. How long have you had insomnia?

I have had problems with anxiety for a long time now and the prozac makes the insomnia worse and if I don't sleep I'm more anxious the next day so I have to take something every night to sleep :( its a vicious cycle I hate it!!!!
