KAD here - new and scared

Hi everyone
I've been suffering from severe health anxiety - well my whole life but recently it's gotten to the point where I'm crying a lot, just assuming I'm dying and leaving my family.
I feel so incredibly alone and wonder if anyone else has been through this. .
any thoughts appreciated.

Kad, have you been to a counselor to go over all this? Your life to this point, etc, to see if a reason can be found for your anxiety? Alankay
