Travelling numbness

Is traveling numbness a normal symptom of a panic attack???? Help please.

I had that too. I thought I was having a stroke. I got numb on my left side face, up to my head and down to my neck and lip. It's scary.

I've also had this and thought I was having a stroke! My left leg got a really bad cramp and went numb after,which sent me into a panic attack. Lots of people have this as a symptom. Nothing wrong with you!

A symptom can be dominant more so than others for an individual. I would say that is the one that you notice or bothers you the most. Yet another symptom of anxiety....damn it . Alankay
