serve Anxiety

Dx 3 years ago, I had really band anxiety. So bad I was sent to a day mental hospital from 8am to 1pm for 5 weeks... Now I am beginning to revert back to that and I dont know why. Its getting to the point that I might end up in another mental instatution, in the hospital, or worse.... Dx I dunno what's going on! But if it doesn't stop and soon, well I can only see the worse coming and I don't want it to happen.

I have been suffering with anxiety all my life, but I can't handle the amount of stress I have had on my shoulders recently. I Need help and soon.
