does anyone else suffer from a psychiatric disorder and ibs?

Receintly read these sometimes go hand in hand and I'm my case they do. I have been diagnosed with ibs and panic disorder

I have suffered from anxiety for years and also have IBS. My IBS flares up when my anxiety is bad but on the whole I manage it well by watching what I eat and drink as well as taking meds for IBS if need be.

I just started levsin yesterday. I'm having a flare now and leaving for a ten day vacation in Florida on Friday so my anxiety is very high. I'm worried I'm going to be miserable for vacation
