I did some research and I noticed that I only had a phobia of going to certain places and when I was around certain types of people.
It is not your fault that you have a phobia of going out there and shopping at these heartless American shops. They created a system that is designed to hurt you, and you have to do whatever it takes to build the strength needed to overcome them.
I don't go to movie theatre's any more, because they stink, the floors are dirty, the chairs are stained, and the pre-teen cashiers are rude and disrespectful.
I have been going to the gym a lot lately, hopefully one day I will have enough strength to face the people who would laugh if I was hurt or sick.
