hypnotherapy could it help or cure?

has anybody here ever tried hypnotherapy. im very seriously considering it for anxiety, got to do something fast, im afraid of going on meds from the doc.....not to mention everytime i go in there he thinks i should go on celexa. celexa is mainly for depression...hes such a quack!

It didnt work for me I cannot be hypnotised because I'm not suggestable enough. If you think it will work for you though go for it.

In truth.... errrmmm... no, but hey who knows. Therapy and Breathing Techniques, CBT, etc. seem to be the answer for most.

I have also looked into hypnotherapy. but, like you, i'm not sure about it. it's expenisve too. and i'm also to scared to go on meds. But, if you're interested, hypnotists are actually easy to find.
