I feel like I am losing my mind, I have had many years of anxiety but Irs never bad enough I can't control it myself till recently.....I found myself in the hospital yesterday because of an extreme attack that occurred while driving on the freeway. I started becoming very tingly then eventually my hands feet and mouth started locking up, I believed I was having a stoke. thankfully some man helped pull my car off the road into a McDonalds, I can't seem to control my anxiety anymore and am at the point I don't want to leave my house, any suggestions will help, thank you
