Just wondered if I were alone in that one, only time a panic attack makes me smile.

Anything I look forward to is generally trampled by anxiety. Only happened during sex 4 times in my life though I must admit. Just throws me off completely. Not a big ego boost eh

Omg i can relate. I dont panic during sex itself but i do big time during foreplay. Having the person on top of me when we are kissing with our eyes closed triggers a huge panic attack cus i feel trapped. Its ridiculous never had this problem before until within the last couple months. Makes me not get as passionate or connected. And i feel like a lousy lover afterwards. Im going to therapy though. Hope it helps me out

Jeez... what a coincidence.

This happened to me yesterday (sorry to be vulgar in telling you all when I last had sex).

First thing in the morning I had "sausage time" and of course the heart started to race. This caused me to focus on my heart beat - which in turn pretty much screwed the rest of the morning up.
