Anxiety memory problems?

Does anybody feel a strange feeling in your head like detachment and hard to remember and imagine things in reality? It's kind of scary and unexplainable........:( can anyone tell me their weird anxiety symptoms?

i don't get that detachment feeling.
i don't think i get any weird symptoms? i don't know though.

my boyfriend does though. when he's anxious, he ends up covered in blotches. it's as if he's allergic to anxiety

It's a scary feeling! Idk detachment is a build up of stress

HELL YEA! its terrifying. But its a main symptom of anxiety. I didnt know what i was feelig either til i came on here and learned about derealization and depersonalization. Its a survival technique. Its why when people are kidnapped and raped then get rescued they are in a different mental state and have trouble recalling what happened to them. Anxiety puts you in that same mental state with no reason of doing so. I also cant even talk right sometimes...i slur my words and stutter when i used to be so confident and never have this problem. I thought i had a nerological problem but nope...just AnXiEtY ~~
