setraline

i have been taking setraline now for about 10 weeks now,and i thought they were helping.but had a ruff couple of days.so now im no sure if they are.i have always developed a thing where i grind my teeth,dont know if its the meds or a habit i have now formed.any ideas

I was on zoloft before and it had the same effect on me things will get.better by time

I started clenching my teeth a lot when I went on meds. My dentist made a splint for me to wear when I'm sleeping as the clenching during the night gave me a lot of jaw pain.
As far as I know clenching and/or grinding teeth is a side effect of meds but also a symptom of stress and anxiety.
If it causes you bother then look into getting a splint/mouth guard.
