Can anxiety cause low self esteem? That might be a dumb question but I'm just wondering.
I don't want to go into too much details cuz this isn't a self esteem forum but my self esteem is just horrible. I don't feel worthy of anything, I've never been in a close relationship because I feel I can't make any guy happy and that I have nothing to offer, i feel im only good enough to be the girl that guys use when theres no other girls around, i barely look people in the eyes when i'm talking to them, etc. I just have no confidence.
I was wondering if it's a coincidence that I have both, if anxiety causes it, or if they are totally unrelated. Does anyone else have low self esteem?
