Are these anxiety symptoms

I've been to my doctor a thousand and one times and still don't believe thats it's my anxiety causing all these things to happen!! My symptoms are:
Black dot in middle of vision
Numbness that travels up my right arm, face and throat.
Feeling as if I'm disconnected from my body
Extreme light headiness
These symptoms come and go and they usually all come together !!
Normal or not????

If the doctor said that it is Anxiety you have to trust them. Yes I often see floaters when i look at things and some times black dot that can happen. yes you can have numbness as well any where in the body. Do they happen when you feel anxious? I think they are all common signs of anxiety. Has your doc run tests to rule out any physical cause?

I had all the tests done in December and they came back normal and my doctor just told me it was anxiety and panic attacks xx
