hi im just new to this.but have been suffering with anxiety for 5 months now.i feel good for a while then it flares back up.not been at my work.just cant face it.but i really want to go back.i just want this feeling to go awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Welcome Serenity, sorry to hear you are suffering but you will see from this forum you are not alone.
Are you seeing a therapist/psych or on any meds?

yeh im sertraline.but no seeing anyone yet.have been attending a stress coarse.im hoping joining the forum might help me deal with it better
