Visual snow?

Does anyone else experience this? It's one of my worst symptoms. I don't really expect any replies since I know it's fairly uncommon..

I'm not even sure if it's anxiety related, but the only times it has cropped up is when I'm experiencing bouts of severe anxiety. I also get ocular migraines, which are absolutely terrifying! I'm so sick of feeling this way, and constantly living in a state of fear. I just wish I could see the world like everyone else does...

I get it as a pre-migraine symptom, but not when I get anxious. My anxiety tends more towards tunnel vision.
