Too comfortable with routines?

Does anybody get way too comfortable with their routine? Like for example if I stay at my own house for too long,I'm not very comfortable staying at other people's houses for more than a couple hours. But then if I stay at somebody else's house for a while,I don't feel comfortable in my own anymore! I also avoid driving or being out in general at night because I haven't done it in so long. I'm used to driving and doing all my stuff in the daylight. I don't know if it's because I'm scared something is going to go wrong or what...?????

Im the exact same way with the going to people's houses & stuff. It's like I never want to go but I make myself & then I end up feeling comfortable there & not wanting to go home! Lol I usually just try to avoid places I've had panic attacks at also cause it makes me nervous

Nothing really that extreme, but if I stay at someone's house for too long I get really bored and start getting a bit agitated.
