Breathless in pregnancy

hiya,just wondering if anybody can give me advice and reassure me,i am 7 months pregnant and i feel breathless tonight and now i am concentrating on my breathing and am getting anxious now,i did google and it did say you get breathless in later pregnancy but i cant cope with this feeling

It's just part of pregnancy the baby is getting big now I'm here if u need to chat had my baby bout 8 months ago

Hi, I have 3 kids and this is normal as the baby grows and puts pressure on your lungs, vessels and your heart works harder as you have mor blood in your body, but if your not feeling well you should always contact your Dr, midwife ex, try not to sleep on your back lay on the side as this helps relive some pressure, good luck and all the best in your pregnancy :)
