Are my meds doing what their suppose to?

Hello all

So, was diagnosed three ish years ago. Currently on welbutrin and have been for a few years now. Since I have now been on may medications I don't know if it is doing all it's suppose to.

I still fell a little bit on edge and when there is any drama on tv or in a movie my eyes will well up and be on the verge of crying. Non of that had ever been an issue till I had been put on medication.

So since I'm pretty new to all this I was just wondering if this is just how it is from now on or do I need to change up my meds.
