Heart murmur

Dr said he can hear a small heart murmur.. Kinda got me scared... And my appointment for the tests aren't for another month.... Uuuuugh

ahh a months wait isn't good! that would drive me insane!

try not to worry too much about it - easier said than done, i know! just try and distract yourself though!

Several years ago my doctor thought he heard a heart murmur. I was referred to a cardiologist for a scan of my heart and it was a few weeks before I was seen. I was really freaked out too. The cardio doc I saw was lovely and thankfully the scan showed everything was normal. Try not to dwell on it and view the positives- ie, you are being checked out and if it turns out you do have a murmur it's not the end of the world- many people live healthy happy lives with heart murmurs.

Well the doctor also said that I have a 95% chance it's nothing lol and told me not to worry... But my EKG again today was good he said
