I am having the worst day in a very long time. Trying to not run from work and leave early, it has been a challenge. Feeling achy, nauseated and just need to lay down!!!! Help!? Suggestions on how to cope!?

All I can advise is some slow deep breathing, relax your muscles starting at the scalp/jaw/neck muscles which tense up first and calming down. Calm that adrenaline away. Skip the coffee for now. Alankay

Another option is to sit down and become aware of sensations coming from both hands at the same time for a moment. Very useful for me. It stops internal chatter at least and brings peace to my mind.
