Are u smokin bud? :)

If not, then still dont worry. Anxiety makes me sleep like crap and it gives me bloodshot, glassy eyes all the time. They also burn when u shift them alot and focus them all over the place when panicking it strains them alot. Its all normal. Could also be allergies since pollen levels are skyrocketing, or they could be irritated from lighting, smoke etc. Or even if you wear contacts they get irritated. All harmless. :) hang in there and get some clear eyes redness relief drops.

Medication can also make your eyes look and feel a bit strange. My partner is on aropax (Paxil) and he has huge pupils ALL the time.

Try to get a decent amount of sleep too

Do you wear contacts? Also be careful of wind burn... i spend a lot of time outdoors in various conditions and on a windy day my eyes will become irritated

The glossy/burning eyes could be totally unrelated to the anxiety. My eyes became very glazed when I first started taking meds and now due to allergies I often get sore/watery eyes but they get better if I take an anti-histimine and use eye drops. Also if I am tired my eyes will get like this or if it's windy outside or too bright etc. Pretty common but if you are overly concerned see you GP or/and an optician.
