Tense and irritated?

Anybody get like this? I'm walking around with my jaw clenched and just feeling negative. I'm making progress but this is uncomfortable too. Not so much panic attacks anymore,just feeling annoyed about everything.

I'm the same way...its all apart of anxiety!!!! It all works together. It sucks. Read books. That's what I'm starting to do. We have to gain power over our panic!!
