loose bowels

anyone have this during or right after an anxiety/panic attack??? :shock:

hi there klb. i have a friend of mine who also has anxiety and it really afftects her physically. she does get loose bowels especially after she eats. she has to plan her schedule just right. once all her plans are done for the day then she can eat but she has to go to the bathroom right away. she went to her primary physician and the dr. told her that she has ibs which is caused by anxiety.

Hey man , yeah sometimes after my amazing heart flutters , racings , feeling faint , adrenaline rushes finally settle down and my heart goes back to normal I instantly start trembling and I have to pee or I can feel my intestines starting to work again

Anxiety really stresses the stomach and bladder. At my peak id have to urinate multiple times a day. And urgently. I also have ibs as a result of anxiety.

Since I'm back to normal levels my urination has been fine, no urgent cases. I do still have ibs though it's not too bad. It usually doesn't affect me negatively.
