I just found this ap and it has actually brought tears to my eyes because I guess I always thought "why me" and now I know it isn't just me. I was on Prozac for a while for my anxiety and them decided to have a child and get off of it. Been off for 3 years now doing okay but it is back! Getting increasingly worse as the months go by. Don't feel like I can go anywhere for fear of an attack. I don't have any health insurance now so must of my options are limited. Thinking about going to the doctors though to get something. I don't have anxiety everyday so I was leaning towards asking for something that is taken as needed. Any suggestions? I have been fighting with anxiety forever. Looking back I think I even had anxiety as a child. I remember getting "sick" on field trips and other school activities. I never really actively took meds. Only took the Prozac for about a year. Hate medication. I don't even take Tylenol. Side effects give me anxiety
