I'm new here.I have Anxiety and I thought it would be good to talk to other people who really understand what you're going through.
Anxiety has been dictating my life for years and I am on medication but I am trying to come off it,as I want to find other alternatives and I am interested in other peoples experiences and things they find help their anxiety. :).I'm very open minded and I'm willing to try other things that may help me. :)
