Hi I'm Lisa,I'm 31 and just joined this forum,I've been suffering with anxiety for about 4 yrs now and it was triggered by me losing my right side of my balance which affects my walking and other symptoms, anxiety usually occurs with balance disorders but I just feel like the anxiety is taking over my life now:-( I have the shakes I feel weird and can't explain the symptoms and just feel very low at the moment,I have a great partner and 2 young daughters but it stops me enjoying things I'm meant to enjoy with them coz I'm constantly thinking about my anxiety! I choose to stay at home wen their off to the park and I know I should be going wiv them but still I choose not to,
I feel like there's no light at the end of the tunnel for me! Can someone plz make me feel positive?

Have you begun treatment? Where are with respect to that? On any meds, gone to talk to your doc, etc? There is help out there! Alankay.

Hiya, it's good to know I'm not alone tbh!! I felt like it was just me and no one could understand what I was experiencing but joining this forum has made me realise that so many ppl are goin through the same as me!! Alankey... I tried to do it myself and try and snap myself out of it but it's not working so went to docs and explained I don't want to go down the medication route just yet but I am currently in the process of seeing a counsellor and I am seeing her nxt week for my first assessment so fingers crossed its on&upwards from here!! Jessy.... It's horrible isn't it?? How old are ur children? Are u gettin help for ur anxiety&depression?

Liste, that's great. Work with the counselor as many do get better that route. I actually like that route if one can afford it. I bet it will help allot. ALankay
