Tingling?

Sometimes a certain finger or most of my hand will start to tingle for no reason. Does anyone else get this, maybe not their hands, but somewhere else even?

recently ive been getting tingling in my chest in different places and on a spot on my left arm it usually doesnt last very long idk its crazy though ever since i had my first panic attack my body has been doing some strange things i guess b.c im more nervous about having another one

The tingling fingers thing is quite common among anxiety sufferers, I dont get it though mine just tremble instead. As for the chest and the left arm sounds a lot like panic attack precursors but it could just be tingling for no reason.

I get it all the time in diffrent parts of body, think its just a symptom of the anxiety.
