Please share experiences and give insight.
Let me preface this by saying I am not now nor have I ever been suicidal.
However, I have started having recurring thoughts that in the future I will become that way because I am suffering from a mental illness and that is sometimes what people with mental illnesses do. I know that it sounds ridiculous.
