I tend to have them a lot at night when I'm going to bed which I'm certain a lot of people do. How do you stop them? I get uneasy disturbing thoughts that I don't want to think. How do you stop them?

I think it happens because when you are going to bed, you aren't distracted by anything. You are motionless in a dark room and your mind is free to think.

My only recommendation would be to drink some chamomile tea before bed. It's very calming and relaxing. I think there may be some sort of pharmaceutical or over the counter things that may help but I'm not sure.

I have started drinking chamomile tea and it works very well! I think my body is starting to get immune to it I have to put 2 bags in my cup now. But thank you for the suggestion :)
