Hi All - been under investigation for about 10 years

hi all

i have been under investigation for about 10 years and have had numerous consultants, doctors appointments. my health has been going downhill over this time and it has now all come to a head and i am becoming stuck in my own home because of my symptoms and these include:

dizziness
feeling of depersonalisation
panic attacks
fast heart rate
sickness
churning stomach
extreme tiredness
feeling of something in throat
mood swings
lack of sex drive
pins and needles/zapping feeling in body
numbness in face
bad breath
and these are to name but a few

Just recently i have been experiencing really bad panic attacks that have lasted all night this now really is not a joke anymore and i ahve got to get something donw about it so off to see GP on monday.

i have an underactive thyroid which i am being treated for but there has got to be something underlying and i think i may be suffering from generalised anxiety disorder.

i am very shy and clam up when socialising and have a very low self esteme.

husband is now threatening to leave me as i dont want to do anything go anywhere etc.

does this sound familiar to anyone.

the symptoms look very similar to anxiety , doc is trying anxiety meds and cbt so i am hopefull that this will work
