hiya everyone listen not on about palps now,just asking does anybody ever get that feeling were you arnt breathing properly like your stomach is tight and you have to breath up and yawn to get a breath,cant really explain it properly,i know i am pregnant but i used to get it when i wasnt,its like u concentrate on your breathing

I got it when I was pregnant and when I wasn't pregnant...I'm not pregnant now..I take ativan occassionally to take the edge off but currently I'm not on anything daily for my anxiety but I probably should be.
